A Study of The Histopathological Effect of White Albino Mice Lung Infected with Aspergillus Fumigatus, Treated with Amphotericin B, And Trametes Spp.

The present study was designed to investigate the histological lesions in lungs of white mice infected with Aspergillus fumigatus by intraperitoneal injection, nasal implantation, current research also examined an attempt treat these tissue using both antifungal Amphotericin B and alcoholic extract Trametes for two weeks. results showed that A. led changes represented degeneration, desquamation lining respiratory epithelium bronchiole, thickening, rupturing alveolar walls, congestion vessels lymphocytic infiltration, treated spp. improvement, as degeneration trachea, presence dust cells, addition appearance semi-normal lung another were observed. We conclude have activity treating resulted from infection.
